The following, which was held over from the May 5, 2006, calendar                                   
(page 3700), was read the second time:                                                              
                                                                                                    
     HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 47                                                             
     Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of                                 
     the Alaska State Legislature, concerning Senate Bill No. 274,                                  
     relating to the disposition of forfeited, surplus, and unclaimed                               
     firearms by the state.                                                                         
                                                                                                    
The question being:  "Shall HCR 47 pass the House?"  The roll was
